Guidance from someone who has done the work

Willie Thomas has spent more than 35 years in health and wellness. He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, a certified personal trainer and a chef — so he knows how to train, how to cook, and how to hold a standard.

He also knows what it is like on the other side. Willie was once obese, borderline diabetic, and living with high blood pressure and depression. By changing how he ate and how he lived, he came off his medications. That is why he coaches the way he does: real food, practical routines, and no judgment.

Willie’s story is his own, and everyone’s body and situation are different. Coaching here is nutrition and training guidance — it does not diagnose or treat any condition and it does not replace your doctor. Talk with your doctor before changing any medication or starting a new eating or exercise plan.

What Willie helps with

Food, training and supplements — one plan that fits you

Every plan starts with a conversation about how you actually live: your work hours, your sleep, what you like to eat and what you are trying to change.

Calorie and macro targets for you

Calories, carbs, protein and fat worked out from your body, your activity level and your goal — not a one-size-fits-all number off a chart.

Meal guidance built on real food

Simple, real-food meals fitted around your work schedule, your sleep and the foods you actually enjoy. Willie is a chef, so “eat better” comes with something worth eating.

Supplement guidance

A straight conversation about what you take now and where supplements may — or may not — have a place next to your food. Food comes first.

Remote physical training guidance

Training guidance you can follow wherever you work out — at home, at the gym or outdoors — shaped by your goal, your experience and any injuries or limits you share.
